How to Become an Associate

 

We are always on the look out for potential associates - competent, motivated people to assist with meeting facilitation, report writing, and other tasks.....also people who can serve as lead facilitators, trainers, mediators, or consultants. We have plans to grow the company and substantially increase opportunities for associates.

 

Associates are hired as sub-contractors for specific jobs at mutually agreeable rates. It is important that associates believe in our corporate values and serve clients in keeping with our high standards and unique brand.

Desired Qualifications

 

Belief in the mission and values of the company.

 

Excellent organizational skills - Able to handle several tasks simultaneously and organize your work so all of it is easily accessible at all times. Able to manage and honor multiple deadlines.

 

Excellent talking and listening skills - Able listen with clear understanding and express yourself clearly. Able to address difficult situations with respect and integrity.

 

Excellent writing skills - Able to write meeting reports and memos that are clear, brief, and well-organized.

 

College degree.

 

Have a computer with high speed internet access and Microsoft Office.

 

Have a car and ability to travel to meetings, wherever they are. Meetings are often out of town.

 

Have a phone and voice mail.

 

Scheduling flexibility - Meetings for clients are at all different times, although usually on weekdays. Weekday evenings and weekends are occasional.

 

 

For lead facilitators:

 

Meeting facilitation experience

            

Excellent meeting facilitation skills

            Excellent communications skills

            Highly organized and logical

            Excellent listening and reflecting skills

            Sensitive to group mood and energy

            Able to establish boundaries - objectivity

            Self confident in front of a group

            Fun to be with
