Are you called upon to facilitate meetings and wish you were better at it? Would you like some tools to help you plan and run meetings in ways that all participants will really appreciate? Come to this half-day workshop to address the fundamentals of expert meeting facilitation and draw on your experiences to learn specific techniques. You will leave this workshop with new and more effective ways of facilitating meetings.
