Dealing with Difficult People - Argh!

Or "Ms. I Know What's Best for Everyone?" Come to this half-day workshop to investigate these and many other personalities, or rather "behaviors." We will discuss practical solutions for how to transform their difficult energy into positive contributions!

Meeting Facilitation Techniques

Come to this half-day SkillBuilder to address the fundamentals of expert meeting facilitation and draw on your experiences to learn specific techniques. You will leave this SkillBuilder with new and more effective ways of facilitating meetings.

- What the best facilitators do to make meetings efficient and productive
- Basic steps, from proposal development to agreement, and how to facilitate in differing situations
