Meeting Facilitation Techniques

August 31, 2010, 9am-12pm, Saco City Hall, Saco

Are you called upon to facilitate meetings and wish you were better at it? Could you use tools to help you plan and run meetings in ways that all participants will really appreciate? Come to this half-day SkillBuilder to address the fundamentals of expert meeting facilitation and draw on your experiences to learn specific techniques. You will leave this SkillBuilder with new and more effective ways of facilitating meetings.

Who Should Attend: Anyone who is ever in a position to facilitate meetings and who would like their meetings to be more efficient and productive

This SkillBuilder will include:

The Wisdom of Group Decisions - How and Why Collaboration Makes for Better Decisions
